Boxcar To Boardrooms by Mannie JacksonBoxcar To Boardrooms by Mannie Jackson
Mannie Jackson
Mannie Jackson is President of Boxcar Holdings LLC, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Naismith Memorial Basketball of Fame, Chairman of the Board and owner of the Harlem Globetrotters, and Chairman and a founder of the Executive Leadership Council. After a brief professional basketball career in the National Industrial Basketball League and with the Harlem Globetrotters, Jackson went on to distinguish himself in corporate life as a senior executive with Honeywell Inc, and as one the first African-Americans to serve on multiple (six) Fortune 500 boards of directors. Jackson, a former All-Ten point guard and captain of the University of Illinois basketball team, has two honorary doctorate degrees. He built a career at Honeywell as president of that company’s telecommunication business, which he built as a venture start-up by acquiring seven regionally interconnected companies and sourcing a highly publicized technology agreement with Sweden's LM Ericsson Co. Jackson went on in his career to rescue the Harlem Globetrotters from bankruptcy in 1992, when he became the first African-American to own outright a major sports and entertainment organization. In a short time the organization was revived as a dominant global brand reaching top quartile Q-ratings and accruing fourteen consecutive years of growth at an average annual rate of 14 percent. Mannie Jackson’s inspirational memoir is an odds-beating story that spans his history-making careers in sports and business and chronicles his journey from being born in a rain-soaked railway boxcar to leadership and significance.

Weight Loss Success: How to Lose Weight and Have Fun Doing ItWeight Loss Success: How to Lose Weight and Have Fun Doing It
Joan Marie Verba
A note from the author:
Like you, I have lost weight and gained it back. I have started exercise programs and not stuck to them. But, in 1979, I lost weight and have kept it off since then.
If you also have tried to lead a healthy lifestyle and found your efforts didn’t work in the past, I have good news: I have found that the secret to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is having fun.
Success comes through having fun.
Isn’t that great?
The motto that inspires me is: “Do one thing every day that makes you happy.” Why? Because when you participate in activities that are fun for you, you’ll stick with them. When you find nutritional, healthy foods that you enjoy, you’ll eat them. When you are spending your time on fun activities, you won’t have the time to be stressed (and you’ll avoid emotional eating)!

Willow Rose
"Best series I have read! I loved Broken even more than Savage (Savage was fantastic also). I never felt like the storyline slowed down or was boring at any point".

"Couldn't put this book down . I had to read it after I read the first. It was insane I love books like this that make you feel you are inside the book that your actually are the character."

Meanwhile Christian is fighting for his marriage when suddenly Aiyana's prophesy comes true and she is back in his life again.

Broken is the second book in Willow Rose's series called "Daughters of the Jaguar". It is a New Adult novel with some language, violence, and sexual situations recommended for ages sixteen and up.

You Knead Me: 10 Easy Ways To Massage Your Partner's Chest and TummyYou Knead Me: 10 Easy Ways To Massage Your Partner's Chest and Tummy
Yasuko Kawamura
Do you find yourself hunching over, not breathing fully? Does the stress in your life keep your stomach in knots?

If this describes you, you could benefit from chest and tummy massage. When that massage comes from your partner, it gains an added dimension, deepening the bonds of trust and intimacy between you. In You Knead Me: How to massage your partner's chest and tummy, couples learn how to massage each other to improve breathing and digestion, decrease depression and anxiety, and gain other benefits which can include improved communication and a better relationship.

Because these techniques are designed to be practiced anywhere, they are non-sexual and don’t require disrobing. However, when a couple does have privacy, a relaxing massage can lead to other ways of expressing love and sensuality.

While the heart of this book is the series of ten techniques for chest and tummy areas, explained with words, photos, and linked videos, You Knead Me also explores the benefits of learning couples massage and provides tips to enhance the experience. You’ll learn the benefits of massage in general and specifically for these vulnerable areas of the body. You’ll also receive a link to bonus videos with more techniques.

This is the third book in the You Knead Me series by nationally certified licensed massage therapist Yasuko Kawamura. The first two books are You Knead Me: How To Massage Your Partner’s Neck and You Knead Me: How To Massage Your Partner's Feet.
